We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager - Corporate Controllership to lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, providing expert technical accounting guidance across retail, property, and group activities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, and substantial post-qualification experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of finance professionals
- Providing expert technical accounting guidance across retail, property, and group activities
- Taking ownership of store estate accounting and supporting key business decisions
- Partnering with Finance, Property, and Reporting teams to deliver insightful recommendations
- Driving automation, standardisation, and process improvements
