Make a difference in the lives of military Service Members and their families as a licensed mental healthcare provider with Leidos.
We are seeking passionate and flexible counsellors to join our Mission Ready Reserve (MRR) programme, providing preventative counselling services to support mental well-being across military installations and communities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face counselling to military Service Members and their families
- Recommend referrals and handoffs to military and community resources
- Offer presentations on social skills development and emotional learning
- Build rapport with Service Members, spouses, and children by attending installation and community events
- Help families and children with challenges particular to the military community
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Behavioural Health Professions (MS/MSW/MA/PhD)
- Licensure to practise at the independent practice level (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist) in a US state or territory
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to pass a basic background check and NACI/CNACI clearance

Pay Range: $38/hr - $46/hr
