Description
Redstone Residential is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
- Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas.
- Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
- Participate in Redstone training as required.
Requirements:
- Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)
- Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight
- Must have a friendly demeanor
- Must be able to work 4-6 hour standing shifts
