Zonal Manager – Provider Network Management

Prudential Health India is seeking a Zonal Manager – Provider Network Management to join our Experience team in Delhi.

As a Zonal Manager of Provider Network & Operations, you will implement and manage a robust provider network management function at the zonal level, creating negotiation frameworks, processes, and systems that factor in provider and customer experience deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building trust and long-term relationships with network hospitals to create a competitive advantage for Prudential Health India.
• Collaborating with functions such as Claims, Technology, Product & Actuarial, Compliance, Risk Management, and Finance.
• Developing digital hospital onboarding journeys and agreements, maintaining relationships, and analyzing provider and competitor landscapes.
• Engaging with provider networks through effective communication, data-led analytics, and continuous training interactions.
• Creating a preferred set of hospitals for executing differentiated services for PHI customers.
• Continuously monitoring performance and utilization patterns to generate feedback loops and data analytics.
• Leading effective repricing and re-negotiations of tariffs/packages/discounts with healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree or management degree in healthcare management (preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in the hospital/insurance industry, with at least 5 years of experience in leading provider network teams.
• Experience in developing provider networks from scratch.
• Quick decision-making skills, good judgment, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
• The ability to embrace change and manage it.
• A passion for building highly engaged teams.
