Technology Delivery Manager

Prudential Health India is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of technology artefacts to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience, with a strong background in health insurance, technology delivery, and people management.

The Technology Delivery Manager will be responsible for:

• Understanding the long-term architectural direction and interactions between applications
• Driving business analysts and solution designers to evaluate business requirements and convert them into low-level solution designs
• Contributing to identify and evaluate alternative design options and trade-offs
• Ensuring high-level and low-level designs are produced by technology teams that consider current applications and architecture
• Owning the planning of technology delivery and preparation of detailed design specifications
• Ensuring adoption and implementation of defined solutions and providing technical expertise
• Leading governance forums to create harmony in application designs and delivery

The candidate should have:

• Experience in health insurance, GCC, HealthTech, or IT services companies with health insurance vertical
• Proven experience as a technology delivery leader with 8-18 years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy and processes and translate them into technology low-level design and deliverables
• Excellent handle on collaboration and delivery tools like Confluence, Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, MS Project, etc.
