Intern Digital Business Development

We are seeking an Intern for Digital Business Development with Porsche Services Singapore.

As an intern in this role, you will drive rollouts, analyze performance, build reporting, optimize processes, coordinate stakeholders, own delivery, and create and maintain documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting testing, launch, and improvement of regional digital CRM products
• Turning product, operational, and customer journey data into clear insights
• Creating Excel templates, dashboards, and tracking structures for decision-making
• Mapping business workflows, identifying pain points, and documenting practical improvements to current solutions
• Aligning requirements, feedback, and progress across markets, development teams, and key business stakeholders
• Managing defined work packages from analysis to stakeholder-ready output
• Creating and evolving Confluence documentation and user guides

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• An analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex topics and interpret data
• Confidence in using Excel and business intelligence tools
• Interest or experience in digital products, product management/development, testing, or improvement topics
• Ability to understand workflows, customer journeys, and operational pain points in a structured way
• Clear communication skills with the ability to create concise presentations and documentation
• Independent ownership with the ability to manage priorities and deliver with precision
• Cross-market collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholder groups
• Confidence in using AI tools to support workflow automation and structured problem-solving
• A relevant background, currently pursuing university studies in IT, data analytics, information systems, business, marketing, or a related field

This is a 6-month internship, with the next opening in January 2027.
