Riviera Dining Group is seeking polished and service-driven back servers to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Back servers play a key role in maintaining the flow of service by ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and fully prepared while supporting servers and management in delivering seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper table settings in dining and service areas throughout the shift.
• Support guest service by greeting guests and assisting servers and managers as needed.
• Ensure service stations are fully stocked with silverware, dishes, napkins, and mise en place.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide timely, professional, and courteous support in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining positive guest and co-worker relationships.
• Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
