Job Summary: As a Senior Specialist, Financial Systems Management (SAP), you will be responsible for the user maintenance of SAP financial systems, ensuring that approval processes, master data, and reports comply with financial policy requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in SAP financial project implementation, familiar with SAP software, priority for those with experience in financial data warehouse report design or management report support;
- Answer daily operational questions from financial teams, provide technical support and diagnosis;
- Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems, integrate data, ensure consistency, and support data modeling and analysis;
- Develop solutions to operational issues, promote financial automation, and improve efficiency and risk control capabilities;
- Maintain SAP system, ensure system change approval mechanism runs smoothly, track financial demands throughout the process;
- Regularly verify financial system master data, ensure completeness and accuracy, and generate maintenance analysis reports;
- Support financial process improvement or automation projects, including demand analysis, coordination of IT progress, testing, and user training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, information management, or related fields;
- 3+ years of experience in financial system management or professional software vendor work;
- Proficient in relevant financial software, familiar with SAP system, understand SAP module principles and system data architecture, priority for those with SAP implementation experience in the financial industry;
- Experience in management report support for expenses and budgets is preferred;
- Familiar with common data modeling methods and data governance knowledge, strong business understanding and abstraction abilities;
- Good analytical, communication, and independent problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
