Description
We are seeking a Konstruktionsledare for Stationsprojekt to lead electrical construction projects for substation stations. You will be responsible for ensuring technical functionality and contract compliance, as well as mentoring junior colleagues.
As a Konstruktionsledare, you will:
- Lead the development of complete electrical constructions
- Review colleagues' designs
- Ensure technical function and contract compliance
- Engage in customer dialogue regarding technical solutions
- Review suppliers' technical solutions and deliveries
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in designing control systems for substations or hydroelectric power stations
- Experience with relay protection configuration
- Familiarity with RTU, alarm transmitters, and PLC programming
- Post-secondary education in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Elmaster
- Strong IT and computer skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Preferred qualifications:
- Leadership experience and strong pedagogical skills
- Experience as a mentor to junior electrical designers
- Knowledge of Elprocad or EPLAN
