FBS Agile Dev Team Member IV

We are seeking an experienced FBS Agile Dev Team Member IV to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding existing Informatica ETL workflows, mappings, and business processes, and modernizing legacy ETL pipelines into scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and understanding existing Informatica ETL workflows, mappings, and business processes
• Modernizing legacy ETL pipelines into scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Designing and developing reusable, metadata-driven frameworks that simplify onboarding of future integrations and reduce maintenance effort
• Identifying common ETL patterns and establishing scalable design standards
• Building, testing, deploying, and supporting data pipelines and orchestration workflows
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Driving performance optimization, reliability, and operational excellence across data platforms

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, and Data Warehousing
• Strong development experience in PySpark, Python, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with AWS EMR Serverless, AWS Glue, AWS Step Functions, AWS EventBridge, Amazon S3, and Apache Airflow
• Strong database experience, preferably DB2, Snowflake, and Amazon Athena
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, CTEs, performance tuning, and data reconciliation
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and the ability to understand and analyze existing ETL implementations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from design through production deployment
