Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Adapting to changing demands and priorities
As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. You'll be expected to work varied shifts, including Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with potential for increased hours during peak periods.
