What you'll do

You'll support us in various projects and tasks, depending on your focus of study, such as:

• Supporting the implementation of qualification measures of the personnel development
• Participating in the development and didactic preparation of digital learning formats
• Supporting in the care of the Porsche learning platform
• Administrative support of the HR Strategy and Culture team

What you need

• Studium of Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Pedagogy or a comparable course of study
• At least 3 semesters of study experience
• Alternatively, study in Business Administration (focus on Personnel or Business Education) or Adult Education
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Team and communication skills as well as service orientation
• Independent and structured way of working
