Description
Riviera Dining Group is seeking international Chefs de Partie to join their luxury culinary teams in Florida through a 12-month J-1 Trainee Program.
The ideal candidates have 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, fine dining or luxury hospitality experience, strong culinary skills, high-volume kitchen experience, and basic English communication skills.
Responsibilities include working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment, collaborating with accomplished chefs, and gaining hands-on experience in luxury U.S. hospitality.
The J-1 Program includes 12 months of structured culinary training, mentorship from experienced culinary leaders, and opportunities to expand skills and international careers.
The salary range is USD 22-27 per hour.
