Finance Oracle Manager - CRL - Germany

At Infosys, you will support assessment, discovery, requirement workshops, and defining problem statements as a Finance Oracle Manager. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analysing requirements specifications, supporting the creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, providing solution alternatives, creating detailed design documentation, and testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
• 2+ implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (Fusion Financials)
• At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Finance Processes
• Experience in designing and configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules
• Experience with Oracle Fusion financial reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, Smart View) and month-end/quarter-end close processes
• Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices
• High-impact Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
