Musketeer Scout - Tirol / Vorarlberg

As a Musketeer Scout with Red Bull in Tirol/Vorarlberg, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for ensuring product availability and activation, primarily in the @Work sector. You will utilise negotiation skills and assertiveness to proactively approach new and existing customers, driving sales and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your region through independent analysis of customer potential and creation of optimal tour planning in consultation with your manager and national Key Account Management.
• Ensure the presence of Red Bull products at major Key Accounts and focus on catering within your customer base.
• Develop innovative strategies to enhance the perfect presentation and placement of the product family.
• Make the Red Bull and Organics by Red Bull brands experiential, focusing on visibility and availability.
• Implement measures to expand business beyond existing accounts and discover new opportunities in the canteen gastronomy sector.

Communication:

• Serve as a point of contact for decision-makers such as Food and Beverage Managers or Purchasing Departments.
• Represent Red Bull's values: responsibility, passion, focus, and professionalism.

Organics by Red Bull:

• Promote the high-quality organic refreshments under the Organics by Red Bull brand.
• Strengthen the brand in your territory with creative strategies and ensure high visibility at the point of sale.
• Expand the distribution network and target-oriented sustainable extension of the customer universe.

Reporting, KPIs, and Analyses:

• Lay the foundation for successful strategy with administrative activities and data maintenance.
• Conduct competitor observation, trend scouting, and potential analysis of new distribution points.
• Document hits and misses regularly to continuously improve.

Requirements:

• Extroverted, strong networking skills, and enthusiasm for the gastro scene.
• Basic economic understanding; completed studies advantageous.
• Fluent German and good English language skills in writing and speaking.
• Tech-savvy with secure handling of standard software on PC, laptop, iPad, and iPhone.
• Driver's license class B; ideally residing in the designated territory.
• Self-responsible and independent action; pragmatic and implementation strong.
