Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Mormugao, Goa, India.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving Financial & Trade Sales targets for all distributors, towns, and specified geography. You will set up a business and personnel relationship with distributors to ensure the long-term success of Red Bull strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and aligning sales fundamentals with distributors and customers
- Measuring and adapting sales fundamentals to maximize growth potential
- Managing distributor claims, inventory, and warehouse hygiene
- Recruiting, training, and developing frontline field force
- Planning and executing key marketing aligned activations
- Ensuring all relevant outlets are serviced and merchandised
- Developing and reviewing guidelines to track and measure objectives
- Maintaining relationships with key accounts
Requirements:
- Graduation/Higher education
- FMCG sales experience with minimum 4 years
- Experience of handling distributors and frontline field force
- Basic leadership quality
- Good communication, planning, and presentation skills
- Analytical ability and logical thinking
- Passion for the Brand
Travel: 30-40%
