We are seeking a Regional Director - Building to lead our building business in Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Nord-du-Québec. As a strategic leader, you will drive growth, develop new opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy market strategy for building sector in the region
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Lead and mobilize multidisciplinary teams towards a common vision
- Structure and implement integrated building offerings adapted to regional realities
- Ensure operational performance of the office in terms of quality, schedule, and profitability
- Supervise large-scale projects with concrete impact on local communities
- Build, mentor, and develop a solid and engaged local team
- Contribute to WSP's strategic positioning and sustainable growth in the territory
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including management responsibilities
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
- Strong understanding of the building market in remote regions (a major asset)
- Confirmed success in business development and strategic client management
- Mobilizing leadership and influence in a matrix environment
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Salary: $146,500 - $194,600 per year
