Physical Therapist

We are seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our team at Advocate Christ Medical Center - Pediatrics: I/P Acute Therapy.

The Physical Therapist will interpret physician referrals, complete evaluations, establish plans of care, and implement individual treatments. They will monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjust treatment plans, and communicate with physicians and other teammates.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret physician referrals and complete evaluations
• Establish plans of care and implement individual treatments
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimum patient care
• Complete required documentation and maintain productivity standards
• Participate in performance improvement activities and pursue professional growth

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
• Ability to lift, stand, walk, and squat throughout the workday
