Description
We are seeking an IT Product Owner to guide team members in adopting Scrum principles and practices. You will foster a positive and productive team environment, empower team members to take ownership of their work, and facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, creating, and communicating the Product Vision and Roadmap with Business Owners, Delivery Teams, and Solution/System Architects
- Serving as the strategic Product Owner for driving the transition toward Strategic Data warehousing solutions on Google Cloud (GCP)
- Translating business objectives, regulatory expectations, and investigative needs into a prioritized product roadmap
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align feature development with business priorities and migration milestones
- Ensuring development work is tightly aligned to user value and strategic goals

Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience as Product Owner and Product management in an agile environment
- 8+ years' experience working in data warehousing projects executed on Google cloud environment
- Avaloq Core banking experience preferred
- Technical skills include - Data warehousing concepts, Google cloud platform – BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud composer, GKE, pipelines set up using DataProc, Python
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of seniority

- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience in using AI Tools to achieve increased productivity
