Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be working part-time hours during the Christmas period, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing style advice and excellent customer service to customers
- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even in a high-pressure environment
- Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver a positive store environment
- Being flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business
