As a Senior Data Scientist at Faculty, you will lead high-impact AI projects and shape the technical direction of bespoke solutions.
Faculty's Life Science's team builds AI solutions to optimise the research and commercialisation of life-changing therapies. You will partner with major pharma firms, academic research centres, and MedTech start-ups to design and deliver solutions addressing critical healthcare challenges.
In this role, you will:
- Lead project teams delivering bespoke algorithms and high-stakes AI solutions to clients.
- Define data science approaches and design robust software architectures.
- Mentor junior colleagues and ensure delivery rigor across projects.
- Build deep client relationships and contribute to Faculty's thought leadership.
We are looking for someone with senior experience in a professional data science position or a quantitative academic field. You should have strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and expertise in core data science paradigms. Leadership skills and commercial awareness are also essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing work, project planning, and leading a team to deliver high-quality work on a strict schedule.
