FBS Claims Estimator Support II

We are seeking a FBS Claims Estimator Support II to join our team at Capgemini. You will be responsible for estimating vehicle repairs, analysing damage, and writing estimates using industry-standard platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate writing (in person or from photo-based inspections)
• Basic nomenclature knowledge
• Prior body shop experience and/or ICAR certifications/classes
• Experience writing estimates using industry-standard platforms (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
• Familiarity with total loss knowledge and standard platforms for evaluation writing (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of related experience required. Automotive repair knowledge preferred
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Analytical thinking
• Strong attention to detail
• Adaptability to changing processes and technology
• Proficient in English written and verbal communication skill
