Description
We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our Global Investment Rotation Program, a comprehensive 24-month rotation for recent university graduates. This program provides intensive on-the-job training and personal development, offering diverse experience and generating career opportunities through six-month rotations in main business functional areas.
Potential rotations include:
- Public Markets Investment (Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset Solutions)
- Institutional Sales
- Business Strategy
- Product Development
As a participant in this program, you will work with different Assignment Managers, acquire technical knowledge, and gain an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within a large global financial services firm. You will be mentored by a senior executive during the 24-month program.
Financial assistance will be provided to cover the costs associated with completing the CFA designation.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 24-month rotation program
- Gain experience in various business functional areas
- Acquire technical knowledge and appreciation of asset origination and asset management businesses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related subjects
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than two years of working experience after graduation
- Strong academic achievement with GPA 3.5 or above
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, financial or investment, and strong analytical techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of financial products and services
- Agile, creative, and show initiative while working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Solid computer experience in Office with a strong aptitude for learning new software packages
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Result-oriented
