Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can excel.

• Collaborate with team members, the union, and management to continuously improve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
