This is your chance to join Porsche. The Porsche Zentrum Heilbronn sells Porsche, one of the world's most successful sports car brands. Our goal is to continue this success and provide optimal customer service. We are looking for a consultant for spare parts and accessories with a leadership role.

Your tasks:

• Provide technical leadership for the parts service, including personnel deployment planning and team development
• Actively sell spare parts, accessories, and lifestyle products to workshops, service providers, business customers, and direct customers
• Ensure optimal interaction between parts service, service, and workshop
• Manage inventory levels, availability, and returns management according to Porsche standards
• Support digital parts and logistics processes (Porsche PPN, eParts Online, ERP, warehouse control systems)
• Monitor and control key performance indicators for sales, parts turnover, and customer satisfaction in the parts service
• Coordinate with aftersales management to dispose of and market spare parts and accessories
• Ensure compliance with all Porsche CI/CD and quality requirements
• Manage complaints and warranty claims in close coordination with aftersales
• Support events and vehicle deliveries (accessory staging, product presentation)

Requirements:

• Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive sector (e.g., automotive sales manager, automotive mechatronics engineer with additional qualifications, parts/accessories specialist)
• Several years of experience in parts/accessories sales, ideally in the premium or sports car segment
• Experience in employee leadership and motivation in daily operations
• Safe handling of Porsche systems (PPN, DMS, ERP, eParts Online) desirable
• Pronounced customer and service orientation with a binding appearance
• Organizational talent, resilience, and hands-on mentality
• Passion for the brand, precision, and performance
