Description
We are seeking an IT Manager to lead a team in developing state-of-the-art technologies in one of three projects: Indoor Localization, IoT Sensing, and Video/Data Analytics.
The successful candidate will oversee the whole development process, manage team members, and ensure deliverable deadlines are met. They will also provide technical leadership, coordinate the integration of different project modules, and collaborate with local and overseas companies.
The ideal candidate will have at least a master's degree in computer science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience in an advanced R&D environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
