Inpatient PT Clinic Manager I

We are seeking a full-time Inpatient PT Clinic Manager I in Riverview, FL. As a Clinic Manager, you will develop and manage a highly functional team, ensure patient care duties follow guidelines, oversee patient care and clinic billing practices, and coach staff to achieve quality performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a highly functional team
• Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline's practice act and licensing board
• Oversee patient care and clinic billing practices
• Maintain positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance
• Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices, and productivity performance

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $92,000-$115,000 per year
