Senior Demand Planner

Mejuri is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to own the unit sales forecast and receipt need for an assigned set of pillars and collections. The successful candidate will build and maintain a rolling monthly unit forecast, translate demand into a receipt dollar need, and manage inventory coverage targets.

Responsibilities:

• Own the unit sales forecast: Build and maintain a rolling monthly unit forecast at style/color level over a 12–18 month horizon
• Translate demand into a receipt dollar need: Convert the unit forecast into the monthly receipt dollar need
• Manage inventory coverage targets: Own network-level weeks-of-supply and safety stock targets
• Drive the monthly S&OP cycle: Own the demand inputs and cadence of the monthly planning cycle
• Own size distribution curves: Build and maintain the optimal size distribution for every sized style
• Own forecast accuracy and forecast health: Track actuals against plan at style/color level
• Forecast across the style lifecycle: Take new introductions from handoff through their first selling period
• Partner with Supply on inventory risk: Work with Supply as a two-way early warning system on excess, stockouts, delivery delays, and quality issues
• Make the process better: Continuously evaluate and improve our demand planning process

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, inventory planning, or retail analytics
• Strong command of forecasting methodology
• Experience operating inside an S&OP or monthly consensus process
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, and comfort working in a demand planning system and a BI tool
