As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in the food section
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic retail setting
The role involves working part-time hours, including Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with potential for increased hours during peak periods.
