Werkstudent*in Business Insights (m/w/d)

We're looking for a Business Insights Intern to join our team in Berlin. As a student, you will work closely with our Business Insights team to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Your mission will be to help us understand where we stand and how we can further leverage our potential in the rapidly growing German-speaking markets.

Responsibilities:

• Dive into market data for DACH markets and prepare presentations (from regular reports to spontaneous questions)
• Work with market data tools like Nielsen to turn numbers into understandable stories
• Answer exciting questions with the team, such as: Where are we growing? What trends should we be aware of? And what do consumers really want?
• Look out for trends, consumer behaviour, and developments in the FMCG world and identify which ones are important for Oatly
• Support key internal stakeholders (Sales, Brand, PR) to make informed decisions based on data and insights
• Collaborate closely with relevant market research institutions

Requirements:

• Studying business administration, business informatics, management, social sciences, or similar
• At least in your third bachelor semester or already in your master's programme
• First practical experiences in insights/category management, marketing, sales, or a similar data-driven environment
• Familiarity with market data tools like Nielsen or Circana (formerly IRI)
• Comfortable working with numbers, Excel, and using AI tools as part of your daily work
• Able to communicate fluently in German and English
• Available to work at least 15 hours per week and living in or near Berlin, Vienna, Salzburg, or Munich
