Manager, Strategic Finance

We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance to join our team at CoreWeave. As a trusted cloud provider for AI applications, we combine superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise. Our Strategic Finance team works closely with the CFO and is responsible for shaping how leadership, the Board, and public markets understand the company's performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning key parts of our three-statement model and cash forecast
• Driving planning for public earnings cycles
• Defining and tracking KPIs and unit economics
• Building executive and Board materials
• Supporting earnings preparation and investor dialogue
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in finance, preferably in central or corporate FP&A at a large-scale technology company or fast-paced startup
• Deep modeling skills, including three-statement models and cash forecasting
• Sound judgment and clear writing and presenting skills for senior audiences
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to build structure where none exists
• Working knowledge of accounting principles

At CoreWeave, we offer a competitive salary range of $127,000 to $168,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and flexible PTO.
