Description
As a People Program Manager at Anduril, you will partner with teams and leaders from across the business to drive execution, manage program lifecycles, and build lasting, scalable organizational solutions.
The People Program Manager role involves leading and executing critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives. You will develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery. Your responsibilities also include:
- Leading and executing critical projects within the People organization

- Using qualitative and quantitative skills to tackle complex problems with strong analytical thinking
- Building trust and credibility with senior partners, acting as the primary interface, and translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans
- Communicating across teams, bridging different parts of the organization, and crafting compelling narratives and project updates
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting. They should have proven experience managing the end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
Anduril offers a salary range of $112,000-$149,000 USD, highly competitive equity grants, and top-tier benefits for full-time employees.
