Social Worker Clinician LSW or LCSW or PEL School Social Worker

As a Social Worker Clinician with The Menta Education Group, you will provide direct educational and social services to students, as well as work with parents, educators, and other professionals to create supportive academic and social environments for all students.

The role involves:

• Employing data-based decision-making regarding multidisciplinary collaboration, functional behavior assessments, and behavioral approaches
• Building leadership to effectively help students succeed
• Developing positive behavioral and academic interventions
• Monitoring and reporting student progress, completing evaluations, and consulting with educational staff, parents, and other professionals
• Occasional local travel to other Menta locations may be necessary

Requirements include:

• One of the following Licenses/Certifications: Certified School Social Worker (IL PEL Certificate), or MSW with LSW, or LCSW
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong consultative and data analysis abilities
• Ability to develop a wide range of interventions meeting the needs of a diverse student population
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred

Compensation and benefits include:

• Salary: USD 61,000-70,000 per year
