Distribution Partner Specialist

We are seeking a Distribution Partner Specialist to join our team in Athens. As a Distribution Partner Specialist, you will work closely with our distributors and wholesalers, their branch teams, and Red Bull's sales teams to drive strategy execution in the market. You will focus on building partner capability, unlocking growth opportunities, and bringing Red Bull's priorities to life.

Responsibilities:

• Translate Red Bull's distribution and wholesale strategy into clear plans, tools, and actions for partners to execute
• Collaborate with the National Distribution Partner Manager to identify areas for greater focus or support and monitor progress
• Share market feedback and best practices to enhance execution across the network
• Build trusted relationships with distribution and wholesale leaders, branch managers, sales teams, and frontline teams
• Develop and deliver practical training to turn Red Bull priorities into effective frontline selling behaviors
• Analyze sales-out data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
• Connect distribution and wholesale partners with Red Bull's On Premise, Off Premise, and Field Sales teams to align priorities and strengthen execution

Requirements:

• 2 years of proven experience in FMCG, sales, field execution, customer management, channel management, operations, or a similar commercial environment
• Experience working with distributor and wholesale networks is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the FMCG landscape
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into practical frontline execution
• Experience in training, coaching, and developing sales teams
• Strong commercial and analytical capability
• Comfortable interpreting sales and depletion data and turning insights into action
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
• Driver's License
