Plumbing Apprentice/ Sewer Tech

We are seeking a Plumbing Apprentice/ Sewer Tech to join our team in White Lake, MI. As a Plumbing Apprentice/ Sewer Tech, you will be responsible for:

• Performing physical labor throughout the workday, including digging, shoveling, moving pipe, stone, dirt, and materials
• Learning underground sewer and water-line installation
• Developing a basic understanding of hand tools and power tools
• Assisting with excavation, trenching, pipe installation, backfilling, and restoration
• Learning to properly grade and slope sewer lines
• Working safely around mini excavators, skid steers, compactors, and other equipment
• Understanding the importance of trench safety and utility locating
• Working in crawl spaces, trenches, basements, and difficult conditions

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have 1+ year of construction, plumbing, excavation, landscaping, or related experience
• Be willing to learn and take pride in quality work and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
• Work safely and follow established processes
• Take ownership, solve problems, and be willing to keep learning

The salary for this position is $17-25 per hour.
