Description
We are seeking a Clinical Trial Planner to join our team in Spain or Poland as a Functional Service Provider (FSP).
As a Clinical Trial Planner, you will develop comprehensive Clinical Sub Team / study timelines from protocol concept through database lock and closeout, ensuring connectivity with the Asset Level Plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating across stakeholders, including Clinical Project Managers and Asset Operations Leads / Asset Planners
- Identifying critical path activities and schedule dependencies
- Building and maintaining scenario-based plans
- Forecasting milestone delivery dates using data-driven assumptions
- Assessing impacts of changes and recommending mitigation strategies
- Supporting IPSEN in building / refining templated Clinical Sub-Team Plans / Study Plans
- Establishing Clinical Sub Team planning governance and tracking mechanisms
- Supporting resource and capacity planning activities
- Presenting schedules and forecasts in executive-friendly formats
- Developing clear planning dashboards
- Communicating risks and recovery plans effectively
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in use of planning tools, preferably OnePlan, but Plannisware or similar is acceptable
- Good understanding of the overall Clinical Trial planning ecosystem, e.g., CTMS/OnePlan
- Ability to capture lessons learned, standardize planning methodologies, and improve forecasting accuracy
