The work Neo's platform handles real financial transactions for real customers across banking, credit, lending, and rewards. The engineering problems span distributed systems, real-time data, payments infrastructure, fraud, and compliance.
What raises your profile with us You've built and scaled systems that handle meaningful transaction volume or data throughput. You've worked in financial services, payments, or another regulated industry where correctness isn't optional.
