Producer (Apex Legends)

Electronic Arts is seeking an experienced Legends Producer to join the Apex Legends team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of playable characters.

Responsibilities:

• Own the production planning and execution for the entire Legend development pipeline
• Partner with Design, Art, Animation, Narrative, Audio, VFX, and external teams to coordinate dependencies and schedules
• Drive the end-to-end development process for new Legends
• Collaborate with creative and technical leads to ensure the vision for each Legend is maintained
• Identify production risks and drive solutions to keep development on track
• Develop and maintain production tracking tools, schedules, and reporting mechanisms
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:

• 3+ years of production experience in AAA game development
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional dependencies
• Experience in a live service environment
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
• Experience tracking a large volume of assets and complex feature sets
• Passion for character-driven games and player experience
