Description
Prudential is seeking a Business Analyst to play a critical role in delivering successful product launches across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure products are delivered on time, with quality, and in compliance with established governance and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of new product launch initiatives, ensuring timely implementation with high quality.
- Actively participate in product launch discussions with stakeholders, proposing solutions that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and team leads to ensure agreed delivery timelines are met and risks are proactively managed.
- Document clear and comprehensive business requirements and business rules.
- Serve as Person-in-Charge (PIC) for assigned business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment across stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to peers to support capability uplift and delivery excellence within the team.
- Translate business requirements into detailed test scenarios, conditions, and expected results for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Accountable for UAT planning, execution, coordination, and documentation of results.
- Organise, track, and manage defects, and lead checkpoint discussions with Technology teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Act as PIC for UAT activities, coordinating closely with assigned team members and stakeholders.
- Perform post-deployment verification.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for stakeholders where required.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and delivery efficiencies, in line with the organisation’s innovation values.
- Adhere strictly to product launch SOPs and governance standards.
