On Premise Executive (Musketeer) - South Zone

We are seeking an experienced On Premise Executive, also known as a Musketeer, to represent Red Bull in the South Zone of Bogotá. As a Musketeer, you will be responsible for generating trust with customers, ensuring the availability and visibility of Red Bull products at the point of sale, and driving continuous growth in sales volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embody the Red Bull On Premise culture and values, building relationships with influential contacts and demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand
• Communicate effectively with clients, transferring knowledge of the On Premise channel and Red Bull culture
• Develop and execute event activations, negotiating opportunities to implement creative elements that enhance the Red Bull brand image
• Manage and develop accounts in the assigned territory, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
• Ensure high standards of execution, including Perfect Serve, Perfect Visibility, Consumption Activation, Right Price, and Menu Placements
• Collaborate with the sales force of local distributors to achieve adequate numerical distribution
• Conduct market research, reporting on competitor activities and identifying new business opportunities

Requirements:

• University degree
• Preferably 2+ years of commercial experience with a solid track record of results
• Extensive knowledge of the local market, nightlife, and On Premise environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with basic knowledge of commercial mathematics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate level of English
• Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
