Principal, Product Strategy (RWE/HEOR)

We are seeking a Principal, Product Strategy (RWE/HEOR) to help grow our RWE/HEOR segment within Life Sciences customers.

The Opportunity As a Principal, Product Strategy (RWE/HEOR), you will own segment strategy for RWE/HEOR with a P&L mindset toward where to invest to drive growth, retention, and account penetration.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and refine Komodo’s RWE/HEOR segment strategy, ensuring a clear view of where to invest in product development to drive growth, retention, and account penetration.
• Ship 3-5 solutions that are live, generating revenue, and solving real problems for RWE/HEOR customers.
• Establish yourself as the go-to internal and external expert at the intersection of Komodo's portfolio and the RWE/HEOR market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience in RWE/HEOR.
• Expert-level understanding of the RWE/HEOR segment: use cases, buyer and user personas, competitive dynamics, and where the market is heading.
• Analytical rigor: fluency in both qualitative market intelligence and quantitative data.
• Exceptional communication and influencing: the ability to translate complex ideas into crisp written, visual, and oral narratives.

Nice to Have

• Prior product management experience or hands-on track record shipping products.
• Experience using AI coding / coworking tools to build something.
