At Ford Motor Company, a renowned American multinational automaker, you will play a crucial role as a Quality Analyst in ensuring damage-free vehicle delivery. Responsibilities:
- Deliver improvements to help Ford become a leader in damage-free delivery
- Collaborate with dealers, trucking companies, railroads, and internal organizations to perform job duties
- Meet and exceed North America Vehicle Logistics (NAVL) Quality objectives by reducing transportation damage and dwell
- Rapidly resolve issues with quick analytical abilities
- Devise and implement improvements in the in-transit repair (ITR) process
- Perform load tests for future model vehicles and key model changes
- Utilize BI Dashboard to identify areas for improvement and have critical conversations with carriers
- Engage with Plant Quality and Production teams to address repetitive exceptions
- Create, monitor, and maintain various purchase orders (POs)
- Utilize automated vehicle inspection systems and manage related projects
- Lead quality reviews with carriers and travel as required
- Support direct communication to dealers and drive leadership within the Quality & Claims space
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required or equivalent experience and education
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing quality or Materials Planning & Logistics (MP&L)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions with limited supervision
- Excellent writing, oral, and presentation abilities
- High level of analytical skills with a history of leveraging data and managing projects
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

Salary: $86,600 - $144,900 or $99,100 - $166,200 depending on the salary grade
