We are seeking a Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for providing a consistent Starbucks experience for our guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks food and beverages.
The role involves:
- Providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, including the dining area and equipment
- Preparing and serving handcrafted beverages and food to specifications
- Following food safety requirements and best practices
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 44 pounds, and working in varying temperatures
