Intern Digital Business Development

We are looking for an Intern in Digital Business Development to join our team at Porsche Services Singapore Pte. Ltd.

As an Intern in Digital Business Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting the testing, launch, and improvement of regional digital CRM products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, build reporting, and optimize processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support testing, launch, and improvement of regional digital CRM products
• Analyze product, operational, and customer journey data to provide clear insights
• Create Excel templates, dashboards, and tracking structures for decision-making
• Map business workflows, identify pain points, and document practical improvements to current solutions
• Align requirements, feedback, and progress across markets, development teams, and key business stakeholders
• Manage defined work packages from analysis to stakeholder-ready output
• Create and maintain Confluence documentation and user guides

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing university studies in IT, data analytics, information systems, business, marketing, or a related field
• Analytical mindset with ability to structure complex topics and interpret data
• Confident in using Excel and business intelligence tools
• Interest or experience in digital products, product management/development, testing, or improvement topics
• Ability to understand workflows, customer journeys, and operational pain points in a structured way
• Clear communication skills with ability to create concise presentations and documentation
• Independent ownership with ability to manage priorities and deliver with precision
• Cross-market collaboration skills with ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholder groups
• Confidence in using AI tools to support workflow automation and structured problem-solving
