As a commercially driven and marketing-savvy professional, you will create a unique shopping experience for customers, develop the sales team, and maintain exceptional retail operational standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in setting up and managing retail operational standards
- Developing and motivating the sales team
- Driving profitability and meeting KPIs
