Intern, Group Legal

We are seeking an intern to support the day-to-day activities of the Group Legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general legal research
• Draft standard and non-standard legal agreements, including master services agreements and intra-group settlement arrangements
• Keep the Group Legal team updated on legal and regulatory developments
• Support specific projects and initiatives
• Perform other tasks assigned by legal counsel

Requirements:

• Undergraduate with relevant studies
• Good English writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other technology
• Keen to learn and passionate about the legal function
