Technical Program Manager, Billing

Anthropic's billing surface is growing rapidly, with new products, regions, and channels needing to be metered, priced, invoiced, and reconciled. This involves cross-functional collaboration across billing engineering, GTM systems, finance, and support teams. The ideal candidate will own and drive the cross-functional programs in this space, providing leadership with a clear view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive cross-team programs for billing platform foundations
• Standardize the intake process for new commercial work entering billing
• Own the promotions program end-to-end
• Ensure commercialization and launch readiness for billing
• Manage the change process for the charge pipeline
• Run payments operations programs with finance and treasury

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience with metering, invoicing, and payment flows
• Ability to build trust with engineers, finance, and other stakeholders
• Comfortable driving outcomes across teams
• Preferably has experience with promotions, credit programs, or enterprise billing platforms

The annual compensation range for this role is $290,000-$365,000 USD.
