As a Senior Assistant – PE Shared Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality People Operations services across the employee lifecycle.

You will manage complex HR transactions and employee data across systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and adherence to established service levels and operating procedures.

In addition to day-to-day operations, you will take ownership of processes, support issue resolution and escalations, partner with global stakeholders, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions in Workday and other HR systems, including new hires, onboarding, employee data changes, promotions, compensation changes, transfers, international movements, organisational changes, leave-related transactions, and terminations.
  • Process, validate, and audit HR transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and data integrity across HR systems.
  • Manage employee and manager requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with defined SLAs and quality standards.
  • Manage and validate data movement and integrations between HR systems, including Workday, payroll systems, recruiting platforms, and other downstream applications.
  • Support payroll-related activities by ensuring employee changes and required data are processed accurately within established payroll cut-off timelines.
  • Manage and maintain employee documentation and digital employee records in accordance with applicable retention, security, and privacy requirements.
  • Support employment verification and employment eligibility processes, including applicable documentation and system updates.
  • Support global and country-specific People Operations processes, including Leave of Absence, parental leave, onboarding, offboarding, and other workforce administration activities.
  • Research and resolve complex employee data and transaction issues, partnering with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR/People Partners, Centres of Excellence, and other teams as required.
  • Act as a point of support for complex operational queries and escalations, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved appropriately.
  • Perform quality checks and support audits to identify process or data gaps and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information in accordance with EA information security, data privacy, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, and enhance employee and stakeholder experience.
  • Contribute to process improvement, automation, system enhancement, testing, and implementation initiatives within People Operations.
  • Maintain and improve process documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and other operational resources.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support testing and validation of HR system enhancements, new functionality, and process changes before implementation.
  • Partner effectively with global and regional stakeholders and provide clear, timely updates on operational requests, issues, and priorities.
  • Support knowledge sharing and provide guidance to team members on processes, systems, and operational best practices.
  • Track operational performance and contribute to achieving agreed SLA, quality, accuracy, and customer experience targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Shared Services, or workforce administration.
  • Hands-on experience working with an HRIS/HCM platform, preferably Workday.
  • Experience with case management or ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR data management.
  • Experience working in a global or regional HR Shared Services/People Operations environment is preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries or geographic-specific HR processes is an advantage.
  • Experience working with payroll-related employee data and payroll cut-off activities is preferred.
  • Exposure to HR process improvement, automation, system testing, or operational projects is an advantage.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, systems, and business requirements.
  • Ability to support and guide junior team members through knowledge sharing and operational best practices.
