Physical Therapist - Outpatient, Lymphedema Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Lymphedema Specialist, you will primarily focus on a caseload of Lymphedema diagnoses. Experience with this diagnosis is not required; all levels of experience with this specialty will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

• Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000+/year
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus available
