Business Development Manager- Physical AI

CoreWeave is seeking a Business Development Manager - Physical AI to lead its growing presence in the Physical AI space. The successful candidate will own and grow CoreWeave's strategic partnerships with key players building in the Physical AI space, including simulation ISVs, robotics platform companies, OEMs, autonomous systems startups, and the NVIDIA Physical AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead strategic partnerships with Physical AI platform companies, robotics ISVs, simulation vendors, and OEMs
• Serve as CoreWeave's primary point of contact within the NVIDIA Physical AI ecosystem
• Develop joint reference architectures and go-to-market assets with partners
• Identify and close compute opportunities across Physical AI workload stages
• Actively participate in the sales cycle for strategic opportunities
• Collaborate with CoreWeave Product and Engineering to represent partner feedback and Physical AI workload requirements
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans with partners
• Nurture strong field engagement between CoreWeave teams and partner sales organizations
• Serve as CoreWeave's visible advocate within the Physical AI ecosystem at key industry events

Who You Are:

• Physical AI domain expert with deep understanding of the Physical AI stack
• NVIDIA Physical AI ecosystem fluent with hands-on experience or deep familiarity with NVIDIA's Physical AI toolchain
• Technical depth and partnerships execution experience
• Robotics and autonomy stack literate with familiarity with ROS2, MuJoCo, Gazebo, OpenUSD, synthetic data pipelines, and sensor simulation
• Deep strategic partner experience with proven track record of leading partnerships with NVIDIA and other Physical AI platform companies
• Clear and adaptable communicator with executive presence and GTM savvy
• Collaborative operator with demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
